Shipping and Return Policies

• No refunds after receiving purchased hair. All sales are final and no exchanges are permitted.
• On rare occasions, refunds MAY be issued, but the hair must be returned seven (7) days. Also, hair has to have no added product and must be returned in its natural state. 

Shipping:
Shipping and delivery of the hair take approximately three-five days. Tracking will be sent by email.

• Queen of Classy is not responsible for any lost items. If tracking information states that your package is delivered and you have yet to receive it; contact your local postal service. 
• Items can be located by your tracking number that is provided.
